Event Description: We will practice "Anapansati Yog" Meditation followed by "Akriya Dhyan" guided by Osho in a recorded audio. This is a free event. The method is known as "Anapansati Yoga" -- the Yoga of incoming and outgoing breath awareness. You are breathing, but it is an unconscious thing.
