Agenda and detailed modules of workshop: 'evolve as a parent' 1) Myths of Parenting:  Do you know 5 things you do as parents (unknowingly, of course) to sabotage your teen's confidence and self-esteem  2) Teen psychology:  Understand your children, their emotions and what they are going through (you don't need to be a psychologist to do that) to develop a deeper relationship with your teen and preteen.  3) Raising yourself & enter into your teen's world: Learn the secret of closer communication and a strong bond with your teens by being a part of their world. 4) Handling sensitive issues: How to handle sensitive issues and support your teen the best you can in their challenging time. Dr. Saloni Singh- A professional life and parenting coach  and Maser Neurostrategist qualified from UK, has worked with parents to bring harmony in families internationally for last 6 years.
