Where ever you see there is dance everywhere, the leaves are dancing to the tunes of the wind. The waves are dancing to the tunes of the water. The earth is dancing to the tunes of gravitation. Husbands are dancing on the tunes of their wives and wives on the tunes of their parents and kids and so on.
Dance, Movement is in every cell of our body. To be still for just 5 Minutes is difficult for a human being. So many people complain of not being able to get into meditative states easily because of movement in the body.
Come let's express, speak through dance and movement. Come let's be aware of the stillness within by whirling the physical. If there is anything that needs to be expressed that you were short of words for, let's dance it out. If there is anything to be grateful about, let's celebrate and dance. If you want to shed some trauma and tears, let the dance do the honours for you.

About The Facilitator In Her Own Words
Says Garima "I am a life skills coach, a healer. I have over 8 yrs of corporate experience in training and operations. I am drawn towards various forms of healing and meditations since 14 years of my life. I was guided to deliver this workshop on Trance through Dance, where the curriculum is prepared keeping various experiences of Reiki, shamanic healing, Rebirthing and NLP together with dance therapy, to reproduce the meditative or the trance state.
My vision is that all who get connected to me sense a certain joy that comes from within, that has no outer cause. Also, they may have aids to bring up that joy whenever they require it until it always stays with them."
