"One's philosophy is not best expressed in words; it is expressed in the choices one makes. In the long run, we shape our lives and we shape ourselves. The process never ends until we die. And, the choices we make are ultimately our own responsibility." | |

The easier path to take is always harder at the end!
The easier path to take is always harder at the end. Like telling a lie is easier than telling the truth. One lie then leads to another. Before you know it you are living a lie. A life then becomes very complicated to live. It eventually all shreds like tissue and you lie naked to the world. As you lie in regret, the harder path of truth will look so much easier…in retrospect. So the biggest challenge is actually…lying.

IN LEADERSHIP.......
In leadership, being isolated and self opinionated will lead to spurious decisions that will make you a dictator, while being open and too consultative will lead to being indecisive and will make you a spectator. Find a balance.
